If you’ve driven through downtown LA on the 110 in the last few months, you’ve probably noticed the new construction that’s been taking shape on the iconic landscape.

What you’ve been driving past is soon to be Metropolis, an ambitiously large-scale complex of retail shops, a restaurant, a boutique hotel, a garden and three towers of luxury condos that start reaching into the skyline from six stories above the street.

Here’s a rundown of the three residential towers.

Tower I

This tower has already sold most of its availability, and there’s every indication that they will all be sold by the time the tower is available for move-in. Offering 308 units in its 38 stories, this will be the first of the towers to open. It's luxury condos offers…

  • Studios with square footage from 526 to 531 for $680,430 to $948,880
  • One Bedrooms with square footage of 760 to 895 for $974,580 to $1,268,080
  • One Bedroom and Den with square footage of 977 to 1,053 for $1,085,580 to $1,440,780
  • Two Bedroom with square footage of 1,365 to 1,489 for $1,507,380 to $1,929,489

This tower will also have its own private ‘clubhouse’ dubbed Met Six. Met Six give residence access to a swimming pool, dog park, a lounge, fitness center, steam and screening rooms, yoga studio, and a garden.

Tower II

The second tower will rise to 40 floors, have its own clubhouse, similarly named Met Nine, and has begun sales more recently. It’s offerings are very similar to Tower 1 both in terms of residences and in what it’s club levels have to offer. They are open for reservations and will likely go quickly as well.

Tower III

The last tower to be completed, Tower III will soar 56 stories up into the downtown skyline. Reservations are not available yet, but it promises to offer similar luxury condos and amenities as the other towers.
