How hard is it to take a decent quality photo of your listings?  How do you justify a seller paying you 5-6% for your professional marketing expertiese and you can't even take the time to take a halfway decent photo of their house.

Attention fellow lazy real estate agents:  Please stop posting blurry, low resolution photos of listings on the MLS, you are doing a diservice to your clients and only degrading public perception of our trade.

Absolutely correct Mr. M. Ben Nicolas. Mustn’t a real estate atleast credit the fee he asks from the client? But by showing such sloth and indecency of taking useless photos of the property, they just add one more negative point to their professionalism. So I plea to all the real estate agents to sync there understanding with Nicolas.

100% RIGHT!!! With the low cost of digital cameras it's nothing short of poor service to take these cheap pictures.
