Signal Hill Homes

Everyone finds beauty in the steep inclines that characterize Signal Hill. The Long Beach chapter of the Sierra Club does conditioning hikes twice a week and numerous competitive runners use its steep hills to train. Signal Hill is known for its many city parks that offer stunning views and acres of walking/hiking trails. The town is served by the Long Beach Unified School District. Signal Hill Elementary School scored 870 of a possible 1,000 points on the state's Academic Performance Index.
