Twenty miles south of Los Angeles, Paramount real estate offers home buyers bargain prices, amenities for families, and some unique Southern California landmarks. For nearly 40 years, the Christmas Train, a gingerbread-house boxcar, sleigh car, and caboose have made stops throughout the city with Santa and his team of elves dispersing apples, candy canes, and good cheer.
